Judacia In Context is a client-orientated appraisal company. We are there to help you when you need appraisals for one of the five "D's:" Damage, Donation, Debt, Death, and Divorce. We provide individual service to collectors. We are also available for expert opinons and support for lawyers, estate executors, agents and wealth managers.
Appraisals
- Qualified, written appraisals for IRS donations, estate tax purposes, and estate divisions, written according to IRS requirements and the industry standard, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and according to the standards of the Appraisers Association of America
- Expert opinions and testimony for cases involving litigation and disputes
- Qualified appraisals for insurance replacement purposes or damage and loss claims
- Review of appraisals for litigation or damage and loss claims
Our written appraisals document your property in a detailed manner and include explanations of how value was determined. We also provide photographs of the object, condition descriptions, dimensions, distinguishing marks and other important information that impacts of value. We work closely with our clients to make sure that the appraisal will satisfy its intended use and satisfy its users.

Professional Opinions of Value
"Professional Opinions of Value," in lieu of a written appraisal, is a verbal appraisal done according to USPAP standards for individuals who simply want to know the value of their objects prior to deciding whether or not to sell, save, donate or pass on.
Downsizing
Walk-thrus of your home or the home of an elderly parent to help identify valuables for sale in different markets: auctions, tag sales, estate sales or outright donations.
Donating
Donations: We can also help you place important pieces in museums or public collections or help identify charitable organizations willing to accept your items.
